A Return to Hebrew Apostolic Faith and Practice

— 27th of Adar, 179 JE —

It is not rocket science. When we return to do what the Apostolic Assembly did, we will have the apostolic experience, including the spiritual gifts. But GOD cannot abundantly bless us when we are in apostasy.

What does this mean in all practicality? I will be specific, for the leadership is too fearful…

This means returning to the Hebrew holy days and New Moon and truly observing the Sabbath (abstaining from all creative work and conversation unless for religious service).

This means women covering their heads and legs with modest apparel in the Hebrew way and not speaking to teach the Assembly unless having the prophetic gift.

This means the ministers/evangelists being primarily concerned with ministering to non-Christians and the non-tithe-paid pastors/elders carefully shepherding the flock.

This means specially reaching the Jews with the gospel first, for we are grafted into the Hebrew tree and thus belong to the ancient Hebrew Assembly.

This means worship services being geared around a social meeting (with praises, testimonies, and spiritual songs) with the Supper of the LORD (an actual supper) rather than sermonizing.

This means the LORD JEHOSHUA and His Kingdom still being our main message, not doctrinalizing like the Greeks do.

This means the Assembly not regularly gathering in large buildings but in small houses scattered all over a region (larger gatherings can be for the New Moon and festivals).

This means hearing of the Torah Law of the Hebrews being read each Sabbath with the understanding that we are to observe it.

This means exercising fervent faith, expecting GOD to do what he has promised, including miracles and the manifestation of His spiritual gifts to unify us.

This means sacrifice, and even being willing to die for the cause of GOD like the apostles did, which means each member being an active missionary organized for service.

It means worshipping GOD with our faces to the ground and praying in fervency with holy hands, reaching and looking up to Him.

All these things are brought out on the Bright Beams Mission website. Adventism is dead—this includes the OTG movement, the Reform Movement, and the feast-keeping movement. It was never meant to replace apostolic Christianity but to restore it, in addition to providing increased light (particularly regarding the seventh month). We have been greatly influenced by Western (Greek) culture and need to stop lying to ourselves that we are following the Scriptures and favored by GOD; we need biblical Hebrew culture.

Until leadership is ready to return to our Hebrew apostolic roots, there must be a grassroots movement in local areas to restore all things. I know that GOD will bless these efforts.

In the time of the end every divine institution is to be restored.

Prophets and Kings, p. 678

Before the final visitation of GOD’S judgments upon the earth there will be among the people of the LORD such a revival of primitive godliness as has not been witnessed since apostolic times. The Spirit and power of GOD will be poured out upon His children. At that time many will separate themselves from those churches in which the love of this world has supplanted love for GOD and His word. Many, both of ministers and people, will gladly accept those great truths which GOD has caused to be proclaimed at this time to prepare a people for the LORD’S second coming.

Great Controversy, p. 464

It is only as the law of GOD is restored to its rightful position that there can be a revival of primitive faith and godliness among His professed people. “Thus saith JEHOVAH, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls.” Jeremiah 6:16.
